Services Provided

Ty Sun Pools provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services including but not limited to:

• Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• One-time pool cleaning services
• Green-to-clean restoration services
• Pool equipment repair and installation
• Chemical balancing and water testing
• Filter cleaning and replacement

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to pool equipment and work areas
• Ensure pool gate is unlocked on scheduled service days
• Notify us of any pool equipment issues or safety concerns
• Keep pets secured during service visits
• Make timely payments according to agreed schedule
• Communicate any changes to service requirements promptly

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in:

• Service suspension until payment is current
• Late fees as specified in your service agreement
• Termination of service for accounts over 30 days past due

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, we will return to address any issues at no additional charge when notified within 24 hours of service completion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing equipment problems
• Issues resulting from improper pool construction or installation
• Problems arising from customer negligence or misuse
• Weather-related delays or service interruptions
• Consequential or indirect damages

Insurance and Licensing

Ty Sun Pools is fully insured and licensed to provide pool services in Arizona. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our business and our customers.

Service Cancellation

Either party may terminate ongoing service with 30 days written notice. Prepaid services will be prorated and refunded as applicable.

Privacy and Property Access

We respect your privacy and property. Our technicians will only access areas necessary for pool service and will treat your property with care and respect.
